  1. What benefit do you think we should gain by understanding the flow of the Old Testament? (II Timothy 3:16-17)
  2. In some ways the Old Testament appears to be thousands of years of God’s people never learning from their mistakes. (Deuteronomy 28) Does it still seem like that today?
  3. In the Old Testament God’s people were not to live in a way that was consistent with culture but were to live as a contradiction to culture. How is that true today?
  4. Nehemiah is an amazing book on leadership. In what specific ways do you see Christians needing to grow in leadership? How would you like to grow in leadership?
