1. Describe the difference between the difficulty and disaster Judah brought on those around him (Genesis 38) versus the blessing Joseph brought on those around him (Genesis 39). When have you observed others’ lives brining difficulty or blessing?
2. Why do you think God did not come up with an easier plan for Joseph’s life? Are there any areas of your life that you wonder why God has not made things easier?
3. How is Josephs life a picture of II Timothy 2:22? (Genesis 39:12-13)
4. Do women face the same temptation in regards to immorality as men and if so, does fleeing look the same for women and men?
