  1. What is the true source of all our frustration and irritation over people and circumstances? (James 4:1)
  2. If you were to compare modern Christian prayers with the prayers of the saints in the Bible, how do you think they would stack up? (James 4:3; Ephesians 1:15-23)
  3. In what sense can Christians become spiritual adulteresses? (James 4:4-5)
  4. How would many modern Christian respond to a passage where God is calling us to be miserable and mourn and weep? (James 4:5-10)
