Romans – What Every Person Should Believe (Week 11)
A study through the Book of Romans (Week 11) – “Romans – What Every Person Should Believe”
Romans 6
- What does it mean that prior to coming to Christ you were a slave to sin? (Romans 6:6; Ephesians 2:1)
- The two key elements to living the new life are; “consider” and “present”.
a. How does one “consider” themselves dead to sin? (Romans 6:11)
b. How does one “present” themselves to God? (Romans 6:13-19) - In what sense is obedience a heart issue? (Romans 6:17, John 14:15,21,23) Could someone seek to obey but not from a heart of love for God? If so, why?
- Are there any other things a person can be enslaved to besides sin or righteousness? (Romans 6:20-23)
