  1. Why would Abraham make the same disastrous mistake twice? Do we tend to make the same mistakes over and over? Does God always bail us out like He did Abraham? (Genesis 20:1-2, 12:11-15)
  2. How could Abimelech the unbeliever have a better working conscience than Abraham the believer? (Genesis 20:4-10)
  3. How do you think Abimelech felt having to ask Abraham the “Prophet” to pray for him so he would not die, all over something Abraham had done? (Genesis 20:6-7, 17)
  4. What can we take from this passage about how God rescues His people from folly?
